Product Design: Acro's design team consists of a Project Manager working with Design, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, and Process Engineers, along with Purchasing and Manufacturing Specialists. This team will coordinate all design activities with the customer using ISO 9001:2000 design procedures, consisting of a Statement of Work that defines all the expectations, timelines, and verification/approval processes of the program. Our ability to use Rapid Prototyping techniques in conjunction with Pro Engineering Modeling, enables us to streamline design functionality and validate the critical design parameters within critical time to marketplace program requirements. Project Management: An all-inclusive process that takes the product from the prototype stage, through pre-production modules and testing, and into life of program manufacturing. Process and Design Engineering will institute Design for Assembly Principles to ensure a robust design that encompasses product fit and function. Manufacturing team leaders and personnel will also participate in early involvement activities. |
